Our History

Envisioned in 2012 and established in 2022, Maison Rapha means “House of Healing”. Maison Rapha is a mental health centre which was birthed through empathy, and an awareness of the importance of mental health services to meet the diverse needs of all demographics of people at different life stages and contexts. Maison Rapha is a centre which offers a wide range of psychological and wellness services with the aim to mitigate the negative impact of inaccessibility to mental health services for children, individuals, families and communities.

At Maison Rapha, we believe that people are better equipped for healthy functioning            when they are provided with the resources and support that is required to encounter every      developmental life phase. We believe in a world that should strive for equality and access to mental health rights.

Our services

Holistic mental health services are a contextually relevant approach to treating the whole person i.e. mind, body, and spirit, rather than just addressing specific symptoms or disorders. These services emphasise the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being and often incorporate alternative approaches alongside traditional mental health treatments to ensure that they are culturally and contextually relevant to the needs of the client. The goal is to promote overall wellness and balance, rather than solely focusing on mental illness.
